In that case if a customer has to pay from the saved card then how can they select those cards?

You would want to mark that as the customer default payment method, and I think Checkout will display it

But it could be possible that customer would choose any card randomly out 4-5 cards if they have.

One card is showing on checkout page but if customer has to choose any other saved card then how that can be selected as checkout shows only one saved cad. That is my actual question

Yes I understand, but it's not really supported in Checkout unfortunately. You could somehow build that UI yourself, let the Customer chose their card then you can pass their chosen card when creating a Checkout Session
