Hi, since card payment methods process right away there is no test card that can send payment_intent.processing event.

You can use one of the ACH direct debit payment test accounts https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=checkout#test-account-numbers to test payment_intent.processing event.

I ndont see anyone that triggers payment_intent.processing
