Unfortunately this is a support issue. I would recommend requesting that they escalate to a more knowledgable agent, as I believe you have to have a gate enabled and/or there's a workflow for onboarding cross-border funds flows that our docs don't outline particularly well

Ok, that is encouraging, thank you. I hate to ask, but do you happen to have a link for stripe support? There only seems to be a link to the knowledge repository and API documentation on my dashboard. I feel like they've hidden the "contact support" form?
