i've also tried sending multiple payments and they've been either blocked or failed

so what's going to happen with those

It's their integration, so they will need to help

If there's a problem the stripe account holder can contact stripe

do blocked payments and failed payments get refunded automatically

those were just not going through

If they didn't go through there's nothing to refund

they were taking money from my account
