Transfer isn't the same as payout
But also why not do destination charge and let the transfer be handled for you?

Yeah then you don't have to worry about reacting to webhooks
For the transfer
But if you still want to do the manual transfer instead, you need to specify a source_transaction: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers#transfer-availability
