Up to you. Might make sense to not reject account if there's a possibility of them re-onboarding on your website

hmm, but if you reject it does it delete from the stripe dashboard forever? Will I still be able to see it for historical purposes?

Hi, stepping in. Rejecting an account should not deleted objects on the Dashboard. You would still be able to see them. You can also test this using your test api_key.
