well there are a number of things to check

#
  • is your page hosted on https
  • are you using a browser with those wallets enabled(Chrome logged in with a Google account where you have a card in your wallet, or Safari where your Apple account has a card
  • are you in India(not supported there)
  • are the wallets enabled in your Dashboard settings mentioned in the link above
  • do you have a link to the page you're testing on so we can check too
