we don't really have control over third-party integrations
ok, but when clicking the "pay now" button it's not the isosell page anymore, it's redirecting to stripe page, we are using external stripe page to manage the payments. So I have a felling that when I write to Idosll they will tell me to contact stripe....
would you mind sharing an example? a page URL
I'm afraid that's not going to be possible. We are not able to reproduce this problem form our location, every time we are making the test order we can pay without problem. However just today a client calld us from France saying that he got the blank page and was not able to pay... it's a very tough problem to diagnose
can you specify which adresse exactly you'll need ?
Are you facing this issue with multiple customers or a single one ?
