no worries. i was asking a question about whether you can enable PayPal in Stripe Payments Element like you can in Express Checkout Element. Within the dashboard, you can't turn it 'on' or 'enable' in the wallet like you can with Google Pay

Can you share your account id so that I can take a closer look at how your integration works? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account. It'll be in the upper right hand corner and looks like acct_123

hrm. so i'm not actually the admin on our account, i'm just a PM and don't think i have access to that. i can circle back in the morning after i get that information

For context, you do need to turn it on in the Dashboard : https://stripe.com/docs/payments/paypal/connect-your-paypal-account, there could be certain reasons why you're not seeing it, but without your account id, i can't take a closer look at your account to know why.
