so i have to remove it. I labeled it checkout.domain because it gave me that example so I assumed i was going to do all three in a row.

If i remove this and re-add it will it mess anything up?

when i made the sub domain it required me to add to my domain account a CNAME record to create the sub domain

If you don't plan to use that subdomain then you don't need this anymore I assume. It depends what you are trying to do after you delete that subdomain
