@tired storm with Connect, each country has different rules and regulations. As a US platforms you can not control or create connected accounts in Brazil, you need a Brazil-based platform account for that
Sadly we don't really have a list of countries documented anywhere. I wish we did. You can try them all in Test mode and see though!

Got it. If you were to create an platform for sellers, what informations would you primarily collect beforehand?
I can create an account just by providing the country, I'm gonna use the stripe onboarding account link

So, I'm building a new platform for sellers with Connect, and I'm trying to understand more about Stripe fees. For every new payment we need to:
- Pay Stripe 2.9% + 30 cents;
- Pay 0.25% + 25 cents per payout sent;
- Pay per Express MAU (2 USD);
And what happens if the platform is in the US, but the buyer pays in EUR? A fee of 2% might occur? Who pays this fee? is it the buyer or the platform? And how the platform can always have a fixed % or earnings on top of any transaction?
