Good question, I think there is a better way. Looking in to it and will get better
Do you know if your code is getting any callbacks or something similar while the terminal appears to be frozen?
I am unsure, I am the QA-er and I can check with the dev team on this
We are pulling the terminal every 2 seconds for an update on transaction success or failure

Gotcha, and do you know if you are using our server-driven integration or the one where the client connects directly on your local network?
