For more context, I asked this question in the stripe support chat last week who eventually connected me with another rep who then told me to come here.

I'm sorry that they redirected you here. This isn't something our team would know about as it relates to account onboarding. My team on discord knows nothing about this. They shouldn't have redirected you here.

Since chat support was unhelpful, I'd recommend writing in an email via the support form
