In any case, this individual has to be registered as a business, even if it's one person.
So these fields are required.
if he's not registerd as any business than ?
i think its confusinf for our customers can we skip this for the individual as we can ask for the business type customers
Then they can't accept payments with Stripe.
can i explain you more about my problem and can you please suggest me any best solution
Sure
I'm working on a product. Some customers will use the services provided by this online project, while others will offer services to other customers through this project. As service takers pay with their credit cards, the amount will be transferred to our account. Now, what I want is to send payments to our customers who are providing services. However, I'm already using Connect Express, but it's creating confusion as you mentioned that if a customer doesn't have any business, they can't receive payment.
I understand. It's not a confusion, but the policy. The service providers must have a business registered to receive payments with Stripe Connect. Otherwise it's not possible.
alright is there any other way customer can receive paymens ?
by using standard or custom method ?
withour providing their business details
No it's not possible with Stripe, unfortunately.
Stripe only works with businesses on the receiving side.
okay thanks
Happy to help.
