Yes, but not directly. You'd start by creating the subscription with the initial price, then creating a subscription schedule to lay out those future price changes:

ok so theres no option to avoid the message in checkout (next year 100$)?
as I understand i need to modify this subscription later
Correct, Checkout does not currently support setting up a subscription with a schedule already in place
