We are processing over 200,000 weekly on transaction volume with our merchants on our connect platform
Can you please do anything for us
As email says it’s going to take 24 hours and our account manager who is in Ireland will be back in tomorrow morning which will be too late
I can't speak to the options available to your account, but if email is the only option active for you then use that
This will take over 24 hours tho ! That’s the issue our merchants need to be taking payments now ! This is clearly a mistake on your guys side

From your emails you guys thing that we are just a 1 store merchant
However we have so many stripe connect accounts with merchants all over the uk
Who have entered all there details

@fiery zenith but I’m not sure they understand what’s going on
I’m convinced they think im a 1 store merchant
Could you tell them that we have merchants that use our platform
From my reading all that context is known, so i would again suggest you continue working with them

I hope they can ammend this mistake quickly
As from what I can see there is not even 1 single chargeback on the account
Do you know how long this usually takes ?
