Hello - I currently have this to collect payments
is it possible to change this to allow for a 30 day auth hold period?
I think the feature you're looking for is of a different pricing structure
https://stripe.com/docs/payments/extended-authorization
our team won't know anything about it unfortunately
By default, authorization expires in 7 days
Yeah thats what I am looking for
I was just curious about the parameters I needed to make this work
Did the guide I attach help?
brdata-extended-authorization
Hmm
Im getting unexpected errors
trying to send them to you now
req_9jdJglMg0uXFs5
what's unexpected exactly? The error is super clear about the issue right?
Its saying invalid parameter but the parameter I am adding is copy-pasted from the docs sent above.
This guy: options.AddExtraParam(
"payment_method_options[card][request_extended_authorization]",
"if_available");
it's not saying that
This account is not eligible for the requested card features. See https://stripe.com/docs/payments/flexible-payments for more details.
it's saying this exact error message right?

Caution
Extended authorizations are a part of the functionality we offer to users on IC+ pricing. If you’re on blended Stripe pricing and want access to this feature, you can contact us at extended-auth@stripe.com.
Sorry, but what is IC+ pricing?
It's a type of pricing for large users with a lot of volume.
If you don't know about it then you likely are not an IC+ user so you can't use that feature at all for now. You can email the address mentioned in the my quote to ask for access
What is considered large volume as my company may be interested in doing that?
I will do that for sure.
Sounds good!
What does this mean by the way: If you’re on blended Stripe
Extended authorizations are a part of the functionality we offer to users on IC+ pricing. If you’re on blended Stripe pricing and want access to this feature, you can contact us at extended-auth@stripe.com.
it's just our default pricing structure
