As an individual on social media, I want to accept my payouts from X(Twitter) but when I create account it has issues which the support isn't telling me the exact reason or instructions to solve

And they asking VAT etc which only company profile are required not for individual.

So I request why it's happening and when I try to create a new account and select software industry it asks me website and privacy policy link of website as an individual how I would I have such things
