There's no global settings to disable proration, but you can set https://stripe.com/docs/api/subscriptions/update#update_subscription-proration_behavior to none whenever you want to disable prorations

we are currently using this in our api call @full sluice

but upon updating the subscription proration behavior is enabled automaticaly wich is not supposed to happen 😦
