Are you 100% sure that payment was made? It looks like the last time that customer made a bank transfer was the 10th (before pi_3O2MNtJjKNc7r1IW1nzxJiYK). Since the funds haven't arrived yet, that Payment Intent is still in a requires_action state and won't transition to being successful until we get all the funds needed (see https://stripe.com/docs/payments/bank-transfers/accept-a-payment?platform=web#element-confirm-success)

I'm not seeing anythign on our end indicating that this came into us, so as a next step I'd recommend writing into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) and having your customer contact their bank to see what may be happening
