@crisp terrace that's not possible today no and they have to enter the information on Checkout. But I agree we could improve this. I'd recommend flagging as a feature request to our support team: https://support.stripe.com/contact

Ah okay. Any reason as to why Stripe requires the name?

Likely required on Paypal. There's the same for Klarna for example

Ok, odd. Thanks. I might just integrate PayPal directly then because this extra step is kinda annoying.

Just double checking. There is no way to use the name out of the customer object I am passing in? As it is using the email from the object already.

Even entering a random string in the name field works so it doesnt check it against the PP account it seems.
