@uneven bronze we don't have a general doc for this because it depens on the payment method. If you pay with ACH Debit in the US for example the maximum is 180 days and it's documented here: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit#ach-refunds but there's no limit documented if it's not limited so card payments you can refund whenever

Thank you very much, it is for credit card payments, it is very clear to me that in this case, which is with a credit card, there is no time limit.
