we really don't have much knowledge about the dashboard capabilities on this channel, but from what I was able to test, you can't really update the schedule directly from the dashboard
you need to use the API to do that
something you can do to improve your integration is to release the subscription schedule once the last phase becomes the permanent one
yea, you have right with API I checked it, but I'm not exaclly sure how this subscription become scheduled(probably it was created manually throught dashboard - but stripe cut off events so i dont know)
Could you check who created this subscription?
