hi! yes, there's no such inbuilt option and is not/has never been an option for that in the Stripe dashboard. Do you have more context?

basically its set to 3% and I need to raise it with our invoicing via Xero when we send out invoices with the payment tab via email

not sure what you're referring to. Sounds like something specific to Xero and not Stripe directly.

if yiu google it you get this .....You can do this by going to Settings > Payment Services and selecting the Charge my customer a processing fee option.

this is for Stripe

as the fee was set up in Stripe not Xero its just a box you tick to add it to invoices in Xero

No seems not, this was set up when we actitvated stripe in the 1st set up when we used Stripe as a third party app intregration Stripe asked if we wanted to add a processing fee to the invoices we sent out as well as what ever stripe charges
