Hi, you mean on the Shopify store?
In our Shopify store, we use an app to display exchange rates, but upon checkout, it defaults to our primary currency. Stripe then processes the payment using its own conversion rate, leading to price discrepancies due to differing rates between the app and Stripe. Is there a workaround to ensure consistent currency conversion throughout this process
Again, I can't help you with this as I don't know how Shopify is integrating with Stripe. Only Shopify knows that. Even if it's possible with Stripe, it might not be with Shopify if it's not integrated in this way. Therefore, you need to ask Shopify to help you with this. At this point, to me it looks like a bug, so I would advice you to report it to Shopify, so they can look into it. We can't provide more help to you directly, unfortunately.
Happy to help.
