There's no settings for promo code in billing portal configuration.
It depends on how you create the coupon, if you didn't set a applies_to to, the coupon, and the corresponding promo codes if any, can be applied to any products
There's a Link on the page, have you tried to click on it?
Yes
where can I find this?
Ah, I miss this, sorry about that.
So how do I do it for all products?
It should be applied to all products unless you set a features.subscription_update.products
It's a required param
I have 100s or 1000s of active products
Then I'm afraid that there's no option to create a billing portal configuration for all products.
Are you sure about that jack
Yes, I just checked it with my team mate.
I set it to top 10 most popular products and it's still not giving the option to add promo codes anywhere, also it removed all the default enabled settings like ability to cancel subscription or update payment details etc.
Hi! Can you share the request ID (req_xxx)? Here's how you can find it: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

The product (pr_1LLEvuAmkPjkxT8NXqiqQnZt) that subscription is having is not included in the subscription_update.products https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_NwlK6bblfbj9t6
Can you include it in the configuration and try again?

Still not seeing the option

The prices configured for pr_1LLEvuAmkPjkxT8NXqiqQnZt contains only price_1LLEvuAmkPjkxT8NhbgHSoWG, and this is the price that the customer has currently subscribed to, that's why there's no update option.
So what should I put in there then?
I thought if it cotains the price the customer has then they SHOULD be able to apply coupons?
I see. right now the customer can use promo code when they update the subscription, and I don't see a way to allow them use promo code without updating.
What do you mean by updating
Update the subscription to a different price.
Well thats silly
