when you open that page, it selects Monthly by default, but it should be Every 3 months, because this is the default price

yeah, it shows only products in this dropdown, not the prices. As you can see there is only one product Musho Pro in my case

Ah I see. Then the workaround here is to create 3 products so that you can choose the one to highlight.

unfortunately, I don't think this is going to work well, since we will add another product Musho Deluxe with 3 prices
