does it support subscription payments via Alipay?
Alipay in subscription is invited only feature: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/integration-options#support-wallets

If you're referring to save any payment method in general for future usage, it's recommended to use Setup Intent: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/save-and-reuse
