Not sure. We just focus on the api in here. We really don't know a ton about dashboard functionality. So, I don't know enough to say whether or not that's expected

How much lag are we talking?
Like I can't search a last4 or amount
I think whatever service is being used for searching is not updating until like an hour later
so if a customer calls up with a problem and a last4 we can't find the payment through Stripe
I'd have support escalate this to an email ticket then
