Hi there ๐ the only Event directly related to the Subscription that I think might be triggered at that point, is the subscription_schedule.updated type of Event. But only if it's current phase is coming to an end causing a change int he contents of the Subscription Schedule object.
Thats what I thought too - have a webhook waiting for the that event. With the testclock though that hasn't occurred. I had a look and the schedule is still visible in the CLI (not on the GUI) and there are still two phases but the current phase is the secomd of the two - Thought this was not possible
Can you share the ID of the Subscription Schedule you're using?

Thank you, taking a closer look.
Hm, that does look odd, it looks like the current time of the test clock is after the end date of the current phase of the Subscription Schedule. I'm going to ask a teammate to take a closer look and see if they spot anything here, or confirm this is something we'll need to take back to our teams.

hey there, taking a look at this too
I'm not seeing any reason to help me explain why that might not have advanced. A guess would be that perhaps something was not ready about the schedule to be advanced when the clock was moved forward, though I see there was a couple minutes between the schedule update and the clock advancing.
I can recreate the same scenario and leave a few more minutes between requests
I was going to ask the same thing, whether this was repeatable vs a one off issue
Have you also tried advancing the clock again after this?
I have not, but I can do if you think would be diagnostically useful
Yes, it would be, to see if the phase change then happens
Otherwise, if you're able to reproduce this (ie, its not a one-off issue), then we should be able to investigate this
After we see what happens with the additional advancement, I'm going to ask you to write in with this example and your repro steps (a snippet of your code setting this up would be ๐ฏ ).
