Hello! Are you a developer building a Stripe integration?
Not currently, I just thought this may be a useful avenue to talk to someone who knows the site better than I do, and may be able to help point me on the right direction of why I can't pay an invoice

I'm just trying to understand where you're paying an invoice. Is it on a Stripe URL?
It's through a URL that was sent to me yes, and I also got an email with a link to pay too

Hmm, looks like 3DS was requested from the payment so you should have been redirected and/or prompt to approve payment somehow
That's what the seller informed me of happening, but for some reason I was never redirected, and I tried separate bank accounts too
Might I recommend trying in a different browser/private window. Perhaps something is blocking the redirect/JS

I tried it in a different browser as well as a private window, with 2 separate apps and still did not get redirected
Is this an issue with stripe? Or an issue with the bank's app? Or is it maybe an incompatibility between my bank and stripe?
