So I checked internally, and as the message explains the 3DS authentication failed. That can happen sometimes.
You should ask the customer to retry their payment. And if the error continues, to either contact their bank, or try another payment method.
But I'm concerned regarding this "invalid_request_error". Do you know what it can mean?

Nothing, it's just either the customer who failed the 3DS challenge, or the bank that blocked the payment. This is totally normal and can happen sometimes.
