- Not sure what you mean. Yes it indicates that we requested card network, card network requested issuer bank and issuer bank displayed the 3DS page to the Customer. It something from there that prevent the Customer to authenticate or didn't show at all as they said

It's hard to say and sometimes there could be issue on your implementation. Does your customer provide a screen recording, or can you reproduce somehow on your page?
Unfortunatelly there is not screen recording and I wasn't able to reproduce that. I also can see other payments where 3DS suceedded so I'm suspecting that it could be an issue on customer side but wanted to make sure that there is nothing wrong on my end.
If other customer succeded then it's less likely to be issue on your end. But hey who knows if that bank has some weird 3DS implementation? Each bank has their own 3DS page
