That's expected, adding funds to your balance that way is only available in the US as documented here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/top-ups

You can't add to a Canadian Stripe account.

No, you can't do this at all with a CA account.
If you had a US platform account you could use the Top-ups API: https://stripe.com/docs/api/topups

We have a Canadian Based company and we are using Stripe Express Account to collect the merchant payments....
But now the problem is we don't have sufficient balance in our Stripe Balance ..we want to add Fund from our connected account to Stripe Balance
Which is not possible in Canadian Dollar, right?
Do we have way to solve this problem ?

Unfortunately I am not sure of that. I do know that you could charge yourself whatever amount of CAD. Basically treat yourself like a customer and do a normal charge to your bank account. Though that would incur the normal Stripe fee.
