Hello! If a trial period changes you should receive a customer.subscription.updated Event which contains details about what on the Subscription changed.

Just to clarify, though, you'll only get that Event when the trial period actually changes, not as the trial period natrually passes.
In other words, if you have a 30 day trial period and the trial is not modified, you won't get that Event as the trial period winds down.
If, however, you update the Subscriptoin to change the 30 day trial period to a 45 day trial period, or something like that, you will get that Event.
