Gotcha - so that behavior is expected. That ID is for a Invoice Line item, which doesn't have it's own representation in the dashboard. If you look at other IDs like in_1O1Xa8JXPsrIPG4bsJ31tOov (which is the Invoice ID) you should be getting valid objects

It really could be anything - first place I'd suggest you start is by looking at the log on your own sever and what your event procesing logic is doing to see where a 500 could e coming from

Alright, I don't know where this is being invoked from (like what server this would be), but this would be something on our side that we could look at?

No, it should not be something on our end - if it was something on our end we'd see a different error
