Hi, let me help you with this.

#

What browser are you using?

#

Do you have cards saved in your GPay wallet?

#

Could you please share the ngrok URL?

#

I am able to see GPay in Chrome on macOS. Are you sure you have cards in your wallet and the wallet is set up correctly?

#

Maybe you have some settings/plugins that disable the wallets?
Are you able to use it on other websites?

#

Is it a real card?

#

Where are you located?

#

Can you try removing and adding a card to GPay again?

#

If you don't see it on this page then there's nothing you can do in regards to your integration to fix this. The problem is in the browser.

#

What about Apple Pay?

#

And what about the Stripe docs page?

#

Is there any common corporate browser extentions that could affect this?

#

I see. This will need more time to investigate so I would ask you to write in to Stripe Support and me or my colleagues from the engineering team will take over the case: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

#

If it doesn't appear it means it lacks something in the browser set up. It's not an integration issue, but a problem with the browser.

#

Maybe it's the location issue. Are you using a VPN?

#

What payment methods?

#

It seems to be PayPal buttons. Are you using PayPal as PSP too?

#

In PayPal or Stripe Dashboard?

#

But the buttons are provided by PayPal

#

Yes

#

Could you please share the snippet of code that creates the GPay button?

#

Are you sure you're using Stripe for it?

#

What if you just call paymentRequest.show()?

#

Inside handlePaymentRequest()

#

Just try this and see what happens. I don't undestand why this doesn't work for you so we need to try everything to get a better picture of what's going on.

#

Ok, as I said, the problem is with the browser/environment, also, given you don't see the GPay in Payment Element.
