are you generating Payment Links and then sending it to the customer to make payment?

In this case you shoul dbe using MOTO payment

our configurtion is:
we manage a call center composed of 6 operators
we manage Mail Order/Telephone Order ( MOTO ) and payments by credit card..
our clients call the call center to purchase our products by phone
the operators handle orders by phone call and have to book the payment online via credit card
My question is the following : is the solution "payment link" made for MOTO business ?
