authentication failed from what I'm seeing

3DS authentication failed
means user did not enter correct credentials?
we don't know, that's something which the customer will need to reach out to their bank about
but in second try user redirected to authentication page.
this issue was occured only once
the 3DS is declined by the issuing bank. I'm afraid we have no insights into why it was declined from our end
is there any way it is due to code handling stripe payment. But as it is happned once only i don't think its code issue . Your thoughts?
