where are you seeing the Dashboard showing 2 completed and 1 Restricted connected account with the same account id.?

sorry wrong questions. actually my questions is I have a Account "HONEYCOMB CONSTRUCTION LIMITED" with 2 completed state, and 1 Restricted state.

they're for different accounts ids

#

The accounts are created via the API and the Account Link is sent to the user to onboard - it's likely that the user has accidentally signed up more than once via your site
