There are a few different types of S700s

Devices with "Development Only" stickers on the back are somewhat different than Devkit and can be used to test apps that have been built already. These don't have ADB access or Developer Options enabled

These are running different firmware, so it isn't something that can be enabled just by running a command

#

I'd recommend talking to our support team or the person you talked to about arranging an exchange for these with devkit reader

#

Additionally, Apps on Devices is still in private beta. So we won't be able to help with that on discord.

Not something our team would know unfortunately. Would recommend emailing the terminal beta mail list as they should be able to help
