I don't own the platform. I used to have my own Stripe account, then the platform (called Gotphoto) moved everything to Stripe express. Now I don't know how to search for or refund payments.

If you're an Express account I don't believe you have a way to refund payments through the Express Dashboard - it has to be done by the platform, so you need to go talk to them
