Not familiar with the standard. What exactly does Peppol entail?
Peppol stands for "Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line" and is a European standard and network for electronic invoicing and other electronic documents in public procurement and business communication. The purpose of Peppol is to facilitate and streamline trade and communication between companies and public organizations across borders within the European Union.
By using the Peppol standard, companies can send and receive invoices and other business documents electronically in a standardized way, reducing paperwork and manual processes. This promotes efficiency and reduces the risk of errors in transactions.
The Peppol network also enables secure communication between different systems and platforms, and is used by companies and organizations across Europe to meet electronic invoicing and data exchange requirements in public procurement.
