Are you using Custom Connect Account ?
I am currently fotograf.de as my shop and they are using stripe for transactions
I am not sure, what you mean by custom connect account

Yes, after looking into what that means, I am pretty sure, I am using a Custom Connect Account
You have two options to handle/complete the onboarding:

I've found this information online but cant find HOW to do it

Hm, I am not sure that this is the answer I need. I am using stripe express account through this page:fotograf.de. I am the solely user of my stripe express account
I am maintaining my account, but not the stripe express partnership with fotograf.de
I would think, onboarding would be a task for fotograf.de
That is my dashboard on fotograf.de. The only To-Do that seems to be open is my account verification by stripe express. I contacted fotograf.de and that is what they told me.
So what I need is to know where and what to upload my document to confirm my identity
Ah in that case you need to reachout to the maintainers of fotograf.de and see how you can complete uploading your Documents

I tried that and they couldnt help. They asked my to contact stripe express...
That is my dashboard on stripe. it should be visible if a to-do is open, right?
