what are your server's internal logs saying is going wrong and what leads it to return this Event could not be verified error?

not sure what you mean since I can see in our logs that we did deliver that event to an endpoint and we got back that error you mentioned.

I don't know. The error comes from your server I think.

maybe you're using a Stripe Salesforce connector? I don't know anything tha about either or how it's configured or what errors it might throw unfortunately, my team doesn't work with that connector, we work with developers directly writing their own code.
