I would guess that you're using Connect and aren't passing the stripeAccount parameter with Stripe.js to include the ID of the connected account. Can confirm with the ID

https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication#adding-the-connected-account-id-to-a-client-side-application would show how to pass the ID of the connected account that you created the SetupIntent on
