normally it is pretty immediate - this time it went to pending state

It looks lke some data is still required for this account. Can you try generating a new Account Link for this account and going through the onboarding flow again? It should only ask for the information it needs each time through

i did that too - identity document was missing - hence i attached a test document
as it is test mode

And there is a delay in verifying identity documents. This will be reflected in Test mode, as far as I know

@sacred thistle test mode verification can also take a while, depends how busy our systems are. You can create a new account in the meantime
