If you have each environment linked to separate stripe accounts then each account can host their own webhook endpoint.

Can you elaborate what do you exactly mean by "manage" exactly? An example would help

hi Hanzo each environment is registrered on wehbooks

preprod on our TEST ENV, prod on PROD ENV and we would need a second test ENV for our Sandbox to received Webhooks on this server as well
