I have many parameters called requirements which of these do you need to see?

#

unfortunately I'm not very familiar with these things, in short this stripe account is connected to a service namely chekin.com where a payment link is created for a fee

Those are example responses for different account types. Each account object will only have one requirements hash

#

And as the error message says, you want to check the disabled_reason property in the requirements hash

Should I do this or should those who offer me this service do it? because the link is made by them, I simply connected my stripe account on their site. If it's something I have to do, can you list the procedures for me?

It looks like this is something that you have to do but I can double check

#

Do you have the ID of an account that this error happened on?

#

If you have the request ID (req_123) of a request that got this error, that would be very helpful. But I can try to look it up myself from an account ID

unfortunately I can't see the failed payment even from the payments dashboard, consequently I can't even see its ID, the failed payments are nowhere to be seen, my account id is acct_1Nos7UB9lcPcBA4V

#

i only see those

Gotcha, looking for examples of this error

#

And so to be clear, is chekin also you? Or is that another service that is creating the links that get that error?

blazing cedar
#

its another service that is creating the link

#

Do you have the ID of a connected account that saw this error?

#

I'm not seeing examples of this error that came from your account. So I don't know if this is a thing that you can control, Chekin may be doing a flow where they are actually connecting to a copy of one of your connected accounts instead of the original account

blazing cedar
#

can i try to create this link so i can send you the link?

marble wedge
#

Yes please

blazing cedar
#

I copied a link from my client, because I can't create them myself

So that error is happening on Chekin's account

#

I think Checkin will need to look in to this. Your platform is not causing the errors that Chekin's accounts are seeing on these links
