Yeah I'll give an example. Suppose a user purchases a plan for $30/month and gets access with "x" requests/day. I want him to be charged extra when "x" requests are exceeded for the day at say 20cents/request. I want all the extra charge with the next billing cycle.

Flat fee will be charged at the beginning of the billing cycle whereas usage-based will be charged at the end of billing cycle/start of the next billing cycle
